HERITAGE
FHP – Frezite High Performance Lda., was
founded in March 2007, by a joint-venture
with HPS GmbH and INEGI – Instituto de
Engenharia Mecânica e Gestão Industrial,
in Porto and, known until January 2019 as
HPS – High Performance Structures Gestão
e Engenharia Lda. In May 2018, the main
shares of the company have been bought by
FREZITE Group and, since then, FHP becomes
a business unit of FREZITE Group.
